Let’s create a world that runs entirely on green energy

We need to fight climate change to protect our shared home. Since the Paris Agreement came into force in 2016, the international community has found common ground in its efforts to keep the global temperature increase below 1.5°C.

By far the largest contributor to climate change is energy usage, with more than 80% of the world’s energy consumption still based on fossil fuels. This needs to change.

That’s why Ørsted’s vision is a world that runs entirely on green energy. That’s the world we’re helping to build through our renewable energy solutions such as offshore wind, onshore wind, solar energy, and sustainable biomass.
